Zoe Kelli Simon (b. December 30,1965 in Minneapolis, Minnesota,USA) is an American actress who has starred in film and in television.Her well known television rolls are on soap operas like Ryan's Hope as Kimberly Harris Beaulac in 1979-1981 and 1982-1983, and starred on One Life to Live as Tina Clayton Lord Roberts Rogan Vickers.
