Yvoire is a village and commune on the south shore of Lake Geneva in the French d?partement of Haute-Savoie.

It is well known for its medieval buildings and beautiful flower decoration during the summer season. Being located at the tip of the Leman peninsula (presqu'?le de L?man), Yvoire delimits the two main parts of the Lake Geneva, the "petit lac" and the "grand lac".
