Yuna

Yuna (ユウナ (Yuuna) in the Japanese version) is a playable main character in both Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 of the Final Fantasy video games series from Square Enix. She is voiced by Mayuko Aoki in the Japanese versions of both games, and by Hedy Burress in the English versions.

"Yuna" is Ainu for "blossom" and Okinawan for "night."

Born in Bevelle and brought up on the island of Besaid on the world of Spira, at the start of Final Fantasy X Yuna is 17, a quiet, intelligent, serious girl wearing formal robes that stand in stark contrast to Tidus's outgoing clothing. Yuna is a summoner of Yevon and has the ability to summon powerful creatures known as "Aeons". She is meek in manner and soft-spoken, and harbors doubts about her mission, which she struggles to hide from her companions. She is also half Al Bhed, on her mother's side, and for this reason, has heterochromatic irises: one blue and one green.
