Yuki Kajiura

Yuki Kajiura (梶浦 由記 Kajiura Yuki, born August 6, 1965 in Tokyo) is a Japanese composer and producer who has provided the music for several popular anime series, including .hack//SIGN and Noir. She has also provided musical compositions for Aquarian Age, Madlax, Gundam SEED, Mai HiME and one of the Kimagure Orange Road movies (amongst others). She currently resides in Tokyo, Japan.

In 2003, Kajiura released her first solo album, Fiction, which she performed and promoted at Anime Expo 2003 in Anaheim, California.

Kajiura also performs in the group See-Saw with vocalist Chiaki Ishikawa. Kajiura uses the name FictionJunction when pursuing solo projects with other artists, such as Yuuka Nanri, Asuka Kato, and Kaori Oda. See-Saw played a role in creating material for the Noir and .hack//SIGN soundtracks.
