Yonggary
Yonggary (용가리) (or Yongary), Korean for "huge dragon", appeared in the teugchwal (Korean for "tokusatsu") film, Taekoesu Yonggary (대괴수 용가리) (AKA: Yongary, Monster from the Deep) (1967), which is the first Korean kaiju movie. It is heavily based on Godzilla, Gamera, and other kaiju films. Yonggary is similar in appearance to Godzilla, but with smoother skin, smaller fins, a huge horn on his nose, and spikes on his tail. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
