Yeovil (constituency)
Yeovil is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.
History
Until his retirement from the House of Commons in 2001 this seat was held by the Liberal Democrats leader Paddy Ashdown. The seat has remained Liberal Democrat since.
