Yang di-Pertuan Negara
Yang di-Pertuan Negara is a title in Malay that is translated as the Head of State, which was used in Singapore between 1959 and 1965. It has also been used in other countries, such as Malaysia and Brunei, where Malay is the official language. (In Singapore, Malay is the national language and one of four official languages).
