Yakety Sax is the 1961 45rpm single hit record by saxophonist, Boots Randolph. The song has been used alongside many comedy applications. The song was also used as the theme song for "The Benny Hill Show", and as such it is sometimes referred to as "The Benny Hill Music" or similar.

A common use of Yakety Sax in Internet humor is to superimpose it over footage of some silly scene or footage of some unfunny, often gruesome event (often sped up to mimic The Benny Hill Show).
