Xmas vacation swap - SF for Melbourne

We are looking for a housing swap for 20 December - 15 January in San Francisco (city area). Our 2 bedroom house in the suburb of Kensington in Melbourne Australia is available for these dates. We don't have any pets, just a few plants to water. We will be based in San Francisco for our vacation, but will be coming and going so best that we aren't required to look after any pets. Our house is very centrally located (just 6km from the downtown area) and close to public transport. The house has 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom a large kitchen and dining area as well as a living room. The back yard is paved and has numerous fruit trees. We have wireless ADSL and a telephone for use. I can email pictures if you are interested.

Xmas and new years on Big Island Hawaii (Kapohos' vacationland) $1200 3bd

Aloha San Francisco. Anyone out there interested in coming to Hawaii this xmas and new years. Have you put the idea out of your mind because of high airfare? Check this out. right now I have lost my tennants so my large 2300 sq ft. oceanside home, 500 feet from the water, and just a short walk to world famous kapoho tidepools is available on December 2. You may have seen my home advertised on craigslist in the past. I'm not at home so I can't post pics, but if your're interested please email mchurch369@aol.com. Winston is my property manager and he'll forward pics to you. You will be surprised when you see this home. Custom built by my son and I, vaulted large open beam ceilings. ceiling fans in all rooms. Outside wraparound covered decks with a large ocean view lanai. Of course the lanai has a hammock. Handi-capp stairs up to living area, two car custom overbuilt garage, all appliances, cable tv, jacuzzi tup in master bath, tile floors, lots of outward oopening windows for the easterly trades, views from all rooms, and best of all is a towering cupula over the livingroom. the livingroom diningarea and kitchen are all encompassed as one giant room. Even a nice ocean view from the diningroom area. Becasue of the high cost of airfare, I reduced the holiday rate about 800 dollars. You can easily verify this by checking vrbo and seeing holiday rates. This rate is for two weeks. So. if you're reading this ad, and wondering if there's any gimmick, the answer is no. No gimmicks. It's kind of first come first serve. Of course I do require a deposit of 600 dollars and a cleaning deposit of 75 dollars. I require full payment one week prior to travel.
