Xaviera Hollander
Xaviera Hollander (born June 15, 1943 in Surabaya, Indonesia, of a Jewish father and Roman Catholic mother) is a former call girl/madam, best known as the author of The Happy Hooker: My Own Story (1971, ISBN 0060014164).
