Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars
The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (or Wilson Center) was established as part of the Smithsonian Institution by act of Congress in 1968. Named in honour of President Woodrow Wilson (the only U.S. President with a Ph.D.), its mission is:
