Within the Woods

Within the Woods is a short film made by Sam Raimi in 1978. Sam, Bruce Campbell, and other friends shot this movie in Super 8mm film in effort to raise money in order to produce The Evil Dead. The plot of this film is loosely similar to The Evil Dead, though few are certain of the specifics because this movie was never released (nor was it intended to be). The film is widely available in bootleg, though most copies are of very poor quality.
