William (Wesley) Cook

William (Wesley) Cook is the brother of Mumia Abu-Jumal, who was sentenced to death for the murder of Daniel Faulkner, a Philadelphia police officer.

Daniel Faulkner, had pulled over Cook earlier in the day, in which it was alleged that Abu-Jumal murdered Faulkener.
