Willard Richards
Willard Richards (June 24, 1804–March 11, 1854) was a leader in the Latter Day Saint movement and Second Counselor in the First Presidency to President Brigham Young in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1847 until his death in 1854.
