Wilhelm Hoegner


 

Wilhelm Hoegner (SPD) was the second Bavarian prime minister after World War II (1945/46 and 1954?57) and father of the Bavarian constitution.His great grandson Ludwig Hoegner is still active in the Bavarian SPDīs youth organisation, where he runs the Jusoīs website.
