Wiesbaden
Wiesbaden is a city in central Germany. It is the capital of the Bundesland of Hesse. Wiesbaden is situated on the right (north) bank of the Rhine (German: "Rhein"), near the city of Mainz (spelled "Mayence" in older English documents, but generally spelled "Mainz" in English today) on the opposite side of the river, and a short distance, about twenty miles (thirty kilometers), from Frankfurt am Main, to the east.
