White Plains is also the name of a British pop group from the early 70s. The group, whose members kept changing during its short existence, produced several hit songs, including the 1970 "My Baby Loves Lovin'" and the 1971 "When You Are a King" (number 13 on the UK chart, and enjoys some popularity to this day.).
