West Lake Hills, Texas

West Lake Hills is a city located in Travis County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 3,116. The city is an upscale suburb of Austin, located on the southwest side of Austin on the edge of the Hill Country. The city developed rapidly in the 1970s and 1980s with many luxury homes in the hills on the south side of the Colorado River.
