Wesley College is a coeducational independent school in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The school is a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS) and was established in 1866. Wesley has three day campuses - the original campus in Prahran (named the St. Kilda Road Campus from 2004 onwards), and campuses in Glen Waverley and Elsternwick - and an outdoor education centre in Clunes.

In August 2005, an internal investigation was launched after a parent reported to the school that she believed her child's Year 5 class had been helped to cheat on a national AIM standardised literacy test by a classroom teacher. The story was covered by Melbourne media, and it was revealed that the teacher had given her students an identical test to the AIM exam a day before to improve their scores. Wesley College reported the breach in regulations to the Victorian Curriculum Assessment Authority as soon as management became aware of the issue.
