Perhaps one of the most well-known rock anthems of the late 1980s, the song is still regularly played at sporting events. It was famously used during the Operation Just Cause invasion of Panama in 1989 by the troops that surrounded the Vatican embassy where Manuel Noriega was holed up. However, whether playing loud music had any influence on him is debatable. The song is also the theme for syndicated sports radio program The Jim Rome Show.
