Watching Ellie

Watching Ellie was a short lived (2002-2003) NBC sitcom starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus, previously famous for playing Elaine on Seinfeld (also by NBC). It was canceled after a not so successful run, thanks to, as many believe, The Seinfeld Curse. Supporting actors included Steve Carell and Darren Boyd. The Ellie in the title was a professional singer, so musical numbers were not rare.
