Washburn guitars
Washburn was established in 1876. It was the first guitar manufacturer to use artist endorsements and build a large-bodied acoustic guitar.

Washburn are endorsed by the following artists:

The Signature series Nuno Bettencourt models are flagshipped by the american hand-made N4. The N4 guitar is a small reverse headstock super-strat which features the unique Stephans Extended Cutaway neck joint for easy access to the higher frets. It also contains Bill Lawrence and Seymour Duncan pickups, and a Floyd Rose licensed tremolo. The production model of this guitar which was machine built in Korea is known as the N2. The N3 is a single coil based guitar also built for Nuno. Nuno has also endorsed several Washburn acoustic models.

In 1999 Washburn's master craftsmen set out to design a modern classic for the new Millennium and the Idol was born. Washburn has now expanded the Idol family to an even more versatile instrument.
