W.J. Stuart
W.J. Stuart was the pen name for the "underappreciated" mystery writer Philip MacDonald, whose best known work, the science fiction novel Forbidden Planet, was inspired by Shakespeare's The Tempest. A film version was released in 1956 starring Walter Pidgeon and Leslie Nielsen.
