Virginia Rugai
Virginia Rugai is the current 19th Ward Alderman in Chicago, Illinois, representing the communities of Beverly, Morgan Park, Mt. Greenwood, and Washington Heights on the city's south side. Virginia Rugai was appointed alderman by Mayor Daley in 1990.
