Victory, Dallas, Texas

Victory is a master planned 75-acre development Northwest of downtown Dallas and North of Woodall Rodgers Freeway. The project includes the American Airlines Center Arena and the new 33-story W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences. Other structures are planned such as the 45-story One Victory Tower, high-rise apartments, condo towers, as well as retail and green spaces. Part of the development will include an area(Victory Plaza)in characteristics to Times Square in New York City.
