Victor Conte

Victor Conte is the founder and president of Bay Area Laboratory Co-operative (BALCO), a controversial sports nutrition center in California, USA http://abcnews.go.com/2020/story?id=297995&page=1. As of 2004 he has been under investigation for the selling of illegal steroids to athletes.
