Vagner Love

Vagner Love, real name Vagner Silva de Souza, (born June 11, 1984 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian football (soccer) striker who currently plays for CSKA Moscow. He started his career with Palmeiras, for whom he scored 19 goals in the 2003 season to help them return to the Brazilian Série A.In the middle of 2004,when the club was going well in the Brazilian Série A (that is,the first division),CSKA Moscow bought him for what is regarded as a bad price for such a good player:8 million dollars.But the Palmeiras supporters don't blame it on Vagner,they blame it on the club president at the time,Mustafá Contursi.
