University of the Sunshine Coast

Established in 1996, the University of the Sunshine Coast is a very small public university (by Australian standards), having fewer than 4,000 students. It was created by the Australian federal government to serve the growing population of the Sunshine Coast region, north of Brisbane, in Queensland.

The sisterhood has with International Buddhist University (see ?????????? on the Japanese wikipedia) in Japan. International students are accepted from IBU, and there is a program that acquires the degree of both universities.
