Uniontown, Pennsylvania
Uniontown is a city located in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. It was incorporated as a borough in 1796 and chartered as a city in 1915. Population in 1900, 7,344; in 1910, 13,344; in [[1920, 15,692; and in 1940, 21,819. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 12,422. It is the county seat of Fayette County, Pennsylvania|Fayette County{{GR|6}}.
