U.S. Highway 75
US 75 is a north-south United States highway. US 75 was a border-to-border route, from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico at Galveston, Texas. However, the entire segment south of Dallas, Texas has been decommissioned in favor of Interstate 45, a cutoff section of town-to-town surface road having become Texas State Highway 75.
Termini
As of 2005, the highway's northern terminus is in Kittson County, Minnesota at the Canadian border, where it continues as Provincial Highway 75. Its southern terminus is at Interstate 30 in Dallas, Texas. The portion south of U.S. Highway 175 continues as Texas State Highway 310 through the south side of Dallas to a terminus with Interstate 45. Segments of old US 75 below Dallas are signed as Business Route I-45 (through Ennis, Texas and Corsicana, Texas) and Texas State Highway 75.
