U.S. Highway 75
US 75 is a north-south United States highway. US 75 was a border-to-border route, from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico at Galveston, Texas. However, the entire segment south of Dallas, Texas has been decommissioned in favor of Interstate 45, a cutoff section of town-to-town surface road having become Texas State Highway 75.
Notes
The stretch of US 75 between Interstate 30 and the Oklahoma state line has numbered exits; however, they are numbered in consecutive numerical order from 1-73 (though A and B designations are used in some places), not corresponding to mile markers (of which there are none along this stretch). This is the only stretch of freeway in Texas numbered as such.
