Twiki is a character on the TV show Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. Twiki was a robot referred to in the series as an "ambuquad". Mel Blanc provided the voice for the character in most episodes, except for a brief stretch during the show's second season. The name "Twiki" is derrived from the robot's alphanumeric designation: TWKE4.

Twiki (Twee-kee) was well known for frequently blurting a low key "Bidibidibidi" for no reason. This was also how he spoke with other robots. Perhaps the writers had him speak this "computer language" in this way to add to his charm.

Also there exists a flavour of Wiki known as a TWiki (with upper case 'W'). Deutsche Bank for example uses TWikis to document projects.

In the TV series Mystery Science Theater 3000, Crow T. Robot and Tom Servo often express contempt for Twiki.
