TV Bloopers & Practical Jokes
TV Bloopers & Practical Jokes was a weekly NBC television series that ran from 1984 to 1988. The series was an offshoot of the Dick Clark-produced series of specials entitled TV's Censored Bloopers, a series of Carson Productions-produced specials featuring celebrities caught up in practical jokes, and for a time also incorporated elements from a popular series of specials looking back at popular television commercials of yesteryear. Dick Clark and Ed McMahon hosted the series.

After the series ended, Clark and McMahon, and later Clark on his own, hosted occasional specials that were usually aired when NBC had a time slot that needed to be filled. Over time, the practical jokes aspect of the concept was dropped and the specials focused exclusively on bloopers. Eventually, Clark moved the specials to the ABC network, and reruns were also shown on TBS.
