Torrey Pines High School
Torrey Pines High School is a high school in the Carmel Valley neighborhood of San Diego, California, that ranks 81st in the nation on Newsweek's List of Best High Schools. The school is named after the rare Torrey Pine tree that grows in the area. The school is in the San Dieguito Union High School District. Before the school opened, the students attended San Dieguito Academy (then known as San Dieguito High School).
