Todd Gitlin
Dr. Todd Gitlin is an American political writer and a former president of Students for a Democratic Society. His political views are considered to be more mercurial than others on the left such as Noam Chomsky or Naomi Klein, and he has often been criticized for this. Gitlin attended Harvard University, the University of Michigan and the University of California-Berkeley and is currently a professor of journalism and sociology at Columbia University.
