Toccoa, Georgia
Toccoa is a city located in Stephens County, Georgia. Toccoa is located approximately 50 miles from Athens and approximately 90 miles northeast of Atlanta. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 9,323. The city is the county seat of Stephens County{{GR|6}}.
