Timothy Busfield (born June 12, 1957) in East Lansing, Michigan, is an American actor.

Busfield got his first major film part as Arnold Poindexter in Revenge of the Nerds, but is perhaps best known for his role as Elliot Weston in the 1980s television series thirtysomething. He received an Emmy Award for the role.
