Tim Parks

Tim Parks was born in Manchester in 1954 and has lived near Verona in Italy for over twenty years. He is the author of several works of fiction (notably Europa which was shortlisted for the Booker Prize in 1997) and non-fiction. He has also worked as a teacher and translator.
