Beginning in 1965, Tiger Beat has consistently kept teenagers up to date with the latest in movies, music and fashion. Known for its colorful covers with photos of the latest teen idols on them, Tiger Beat has existed during five very different decades, but it has been able to adapt to each of them. For example, during the 1970s, Tiger Beats cover often resembled something taken out of the movie Hair.
