After a prison camp is destroyed by a tornado, an escape inmate is suspected of killing the warden. Only problem: the warden was found dead in a locked room, snapped in half; and the inmate was locked in a box. As Mulder and Scully set out to find him, they discover he has a seemingly unstoppable ability.
