• Warren Fitzgerald - Guitar (1987 - Now)

As well as part-owning Kung-Fu records, Warren Fitzgerald also plays electric guitar for Tenacious D both in the studio and when they play as a full band. Outside of his music, Fitzgerald finds work as both an artist and a writer. He was in Oingo Boingo for the last three years of their existance. He also contributed musically to the film School Of Rock.

• Joe Escalante - Drums (1981 - 1989), Bass (1989 - Now)

Joe Escalante, the only early member, originally played drums, and moved onto bass. He runs Kung Fu Records and a small law firm. He has also been involved in a number of film projects including Cake Boy (2005) and That Darn Punk (2001). Recently, he bagan hosting his on LA radio show, Barely Legal Radio, in which he dispenses advice about the showbiz industry, from his years of experience as a entertainment attorney, musician, label owner actor, and filmaker.

• Dave Quackenbush - Vocals (1985 - Now)

Dave Quackenbush played guitar in a Falling Idols. He owns an alcohol distribution company. He also filled in on vocals for Jim Lindberg of Pennywise, during an early european tour.

• Josh Freese - Drums (1989 - Now)

Josh Freese is a professional studio drummer and has worked with bands such as Guns N' Roses, DEVO and The Offspring, he is also the permanent drummer with A Perfect Circle, and recently Sting. He is the youngest member of the vandals. During the 1990's, but not so much today, Josh was unable to play with the vandals on tour. There is a pretty constant supply of other regular drummers to fill in for him (see below).
