The urge

The URGE, a St.Louis based Rock / Ska band whose prominence rose during the 1990?s alternative music era. With several full length studio/live albums and videos under their belt, their best selling LPs include Master of Styles and Too Much Stereo. Past gigs such as a European tour with KORN and a U.S. tour with 311 has shown the musical range that exemplifies the band as not just another Ska band. In 1998 they headlined a U.S. tour with 2 Skinny J's and played dates on the Warped Tour. Their melodious style is uplifting, elevating, and at times inspirational with hard-hitting influences ranging from rap to punk amid other diverse genres. Their live shows are known to have an outstanding reputation for their high energy intensity. The band has since dismembered but periodically reunites for a variety of shows around the U.S.
