The Turning Point is the name of a non-fiction book and two films:

• The Turning Point is a neo-malthusian work by Fritjof Capra on the research of ], Donella Meadows, and himself at MIT for the Club of Rome, predicting population explosions, epidemics, global starvation and ecological destruction in the early 21st century
• the 1946 Soviet film Великий перелом (Velikij perelom) translates into English as The Turning Point. It was directed by Fridrikh Markovitch Ermler and won the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival
• The Turning Point is a 1977 film written by Arthur Laurents and directed by Herbert Ross starring Shirley MacLaine and Anne Bancroft.
