The film starts with Walter 'Gib' Gibson going off to college in the Northeast, hoping to get laid constantly. In his English class, he sets his eye on Alison Bradbury, a very organized girl who takes an immediate disliking to his fun-loving attitude. Knowing Gib is unsuccessful with women there, his friend Lance invites him over to his California college fraternity house over Christmas Break to meet a mysterious beauty who "loves sex". This string bikini-clad beauty is a sure thing, meaning "No questions asked, no strings attached, no guilt involved."
