The Mountain (television series)

The Mountain was a television show that aired on the WB television network for one season, from 2004-2005. It was created and produced by McG, and executive produced by (among others) Shaun Cassidy. The plot surrounded a ski resort run by Will Carver (played by Anson Mount). When his grandfather dies, he discovers that the resort has been left to his younger brother David (played by Oliver Hudson, brother of Kate Hudson and son of Goldie Hawn), an irresponsible layabout who returns to pick up the reins. There is familial conflict over the resort and over Maria (played by Alana de la Garza), the beautiful woman who used to date David, but was now dating Will. Additional conflict came from the efforts of land developer Colin Dowling (played by Mitch Pileggi) and his attractiv daughter Max (played by Elizabeth Bogush) who falls for David.
