The Man From Snowy River

"The Man From Snowy River" is a poem by Australian bush poet Banjo Paterson. It was first published in The Bulletin, an Australian news magazine, in April 1890.

The Television Series

A television series which was extremely loosely based on the concept "Banjo Paterson's The Man From Snowy River" ("Snowy River: The McGregor Saga") was also produced in the 1990s. The television series concentrated on the adventures of Andrew Clarke as Matt McGregor (The Man), and his family.
