After a bloody match, six months later, Miyagi has to go to Okinawa to visit his dying father. He is confronted by his old nemesis Sato (Danny Kamekona), his nephew Chozen (Yuji Okumoto), and his ex-girlfriend Yukie (Nobu McCarthy) and her niece Kumiko (Tamlyn Tomita).
