The Incredible Mr. Limpet
The Incredible Mr. Limpet is a 1964 movie of a human named Henry Limpet who turns into a talking fish, and in return helps the US Navy to defeat Nazis using his new "thrum", a whale busting noise that disrupts underwater measurements and weapons. Don Knotts plays the title character.
