The Fiendish Plot of Dr. Fu Manchu

The Fiendish Plot of Dr. Fu Manchu is the final movie to star Peter Sellers while he was alive. It is directed by Piers Haggard but directing was later taken over by Sellers himself.

The story concerns the 168-year old Fu Manchu (see also Sax Rohmer), who must find the ingredients to the elixir which gives him life. Standing in his way is his arch nemesis, Nayland Smith (also Sellers) now retired. The two are "Kindred spirits" and "Ying to my yang." Featured in the movie is Sid Caesar and David Tomlinson (better known for his role as the father from Mary Poppins.)
