The Creatures

The Creatures began as a side-project band comprising Siouxsie Sioux (vocals) and her husband Budgie (real name Peter Clarke) (drums and percussion), formerly of Siouxsie & the Banshees. During recording for the Banshees album Juju, the song "But Not Them" was written but eventually not included on the album as Siouxsie and Budgie decided to form The Creatures, writing four more songs.
